Philosophy:
The philosophy of our competitive program is to provide the athlete with a positive, fun, and safe environment.

The gymnast participate in a variety of meets throughout the season. Each gymnast will be placed at a level that she is ready to compete at.

There are three phases to the competitive season:
Pre-Season - This is the time from September through December. At this time of the year, we will be putting together new skills, and doing routines to prepare ourselves for the competitive season.

Competitive Season - This is the time from the first competition through the last competition of the season, which will vary according to the level/class of gymnast (approx. May). We will be working on very few new skills and training primarily on full routines, endurance, and strength.

Post-Season - From the last competition through the summer session. This is always the most fun part of the year. It is time to work new optional or compulsory skills and combinations and attend a summer camp. During this time we focus a lot on strength, and flexibility
